Description
Clackamas Repertory Theatre hosts its seventh annual fundraising gala on Saturday, April 11, at 6:30 p.m. in the Niemeyer Center at Clackamas Community College.
The evening will begin with live piano jazz standards, hors d’oeuvres, wine and a silent auction that includes the opportunity to debut in a nonspeaking role in the Northwest premiere of “One Man, Two Guvnors.”
Attendees may also bid on several items during the live auction including a show-themed dinner for eight on the set of one of the summer productions and opening night dinner and champagne in the skybox with the director.
The show begins at 8 p.m. with a stop-action film highlighting the CRT’s history. A musical revue featuring songs from CRT’s first 10 musicals will include local musical star Merideth Kaye Clark, Jonathan Quesenberry, Cassi Kohl, and the lead of the 2015 musical, Jameson Tabor. Doren Elias will reprise Tevye from “Fiddler on the Roof,” and Ernie Casciato joins in on a song from “The Fantasticks.” The live auction during the revue will be hosted by Clackamas Rep funny men Jayson Shanafelt and Travis Nodurft. The evening concludes with music and dessert.
