Mindfulness: Breathing, Meditation, and Mindfulness Workshop

Please join us for our monthly mindfulness & meditation workshop. This workshop will focus on breathing techniques and meditation to relax the mind and promote deep rest.
As always, this is a free session, yoga mats preferred but optional. Snacks will be provided. Instructors, Varrun Ashok and Toshiyanka Goswami, base their teaching on the breathing technique, Sudarshan Kriya, (www.artofliving.org/sudarshan-kriya) .
